Contest Rules

1) You must be a resident of Ontario.

2) Employees (or immediate family members of employees) of Ross Petty Productions are not eligible to win any prize.

3) Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified.

4) Potential winners will be notified by email and announced in the contest (link to "contest" page) page.

5) Ross Petty Productions are not liable for any damages or injuries as a result of participation in any contest or as a result of attendance at events where prizes are awarded.

6) Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7) Ross Petty Productions has the right to amend these rules as and when they deem necessary. Rules may change from time to time in any given contest.

8) Decisions of Ross Petty Productions are final in all cases.

9) Winners agree to allow their names to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

10) Provision of all prizes is the responsibility of Ross Petty Productions. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.

11) Potential prize winners provide legal, valid, and complete photo identification with the same detail as is on the entry form to claim a prize. Failure to provide such will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.

12) Potential prize winners must abide by directives specified by Ross Petty Productions to claim their prize. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Ross Petty Productions, deliver or mail ANY prizes at ANY time. It is up to the prize winner to pick up their prize by the deadline, when specified, or within 30 days if a pick up deadline is not specified.

13) Ross Petty Productions is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the contest in the event of circumstances beyond their control. Ross Petty Productions reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest if, in their sole discretion, they determine that the contest is not capable of being run as originally planned for any reason (such as tampering, fraud, technical failures, printing or distribution errors or any other causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the contest).

14) All entries become the sole property of Ross Petty Productions and cannot, nor will not, be returned for any reason.

15) By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you accept and will abide by these rules and regulations.

16) Ross Petty Productions may communicate with you from time to time for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share this information without your permission. All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be handled in accordance with Ross Petty Production Privacy Policy (link to "privacy policy")
